Can LINK Rebound as Whales Withdraw $612K From Binance?

Chainlink (LINK) is approaching a critical support area after retreating from its October highs, putting its recent recovery at risk. The token is trading near $10.86, with its daily chart showing repeated attempts to hold the $10.70–$11.00 region. Meanwhile, large-wallet activity is drawing attention after a whale withdrew approximately 57,000 LINK worth $612,550 from Binance across four transactions in 18 hours. The withdrawals could point to accumulation, but can this buying interest help LINK recover, or is another leg lower ahead?

Whale activity is offering a potentially constructive signal. According to the Onchain Lens update shown, a large wallet withdrew another 16,900 LINK, worth approximately $181,640, from Binance to a multisignature wallet.

Across four transactions over 18 hours, the wallet accumulated withdrawals of around 57,000 LINK, valued at approximately $612,550. Large exchange withdrawals can indicate that investors are moving tokens into private custody rather than keeping them readily available for exchange trading. This can reduce immediately available selling supply, although withdrawals alone do not confirm fresh buying or guarantee a price recovery.

Whether these transfers develop into a sustained accumulation trend will be important for LINK’s near-term outlook.

LINK’s price chart shows the token testing the $10.70–$11.00 support region, which previously acted as a resistance area during its recovery. The price is also trading below its shorter-term moving averages, indicating that bearish momentum remains in control.

A sustained hold above this support could provide a base for a recovery toward $11.45–$11.85. Reclaiming this region would be an early indication that buyers are regaining control. A stronger move could then bring the $12.00–$13.00 area into focus.

However, a decisive breakdown below $10.70 would weaken the structure and expose LINK to further downside. The broader demand zone around $7.50–$8.00 remains the next major support area visible on the chart.

What Comes Next?

Chainlink’s near-term outlook remains cautious as the token continues to face selling pressure despite signs of whale accumulation. The recent withdrawals from Binance suggest that some large holders may be positioning for the longer term, but this activity has not yet translated into stronger price momentum.

A broader recovery will likely depend on renewed demand across the altcoin market, improving investor participation and sustained accumulation. Until these factors align, LINK may remain vulnerable to further consolidation, with the possibility of a recovery depending on whether buyers regain confidence.
